At Whiskers Laces, we want you to love every detail of your footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn products in their original packaging. Whether the color wasn't quite right or you've changed your style direction, we are here to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused laces in their original Whiskers Laces packaging and secure them in a standard shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
